These events will be delivered in partnership with local authorities and are designed to be brief, informative sessions for all businesses in the visitor economy. Whether your business is in hospitality, leisure, tourism, retail or transport these roadshows have something to offer you. You will hear from local businesses showcasing best practice in customer service and learn about local action plans for becoming WorldHost Destinations Committed to Customer Service Excellence. This approach produces very real and tangible results for businesses with improved staff skills and individual business recognition but equally will serve to enhance the experiential approach within your destination.

These roadshows are aimed at all businesses in the visitor economy who:

• Would like to avail of training and funding opportunities; or
• Would like to be part of their local WorldHost Destination Scheme
