Watson & Co. Chartered Marketing accredited to deliver WorldHost Food Ambassador Training to Local Councils
Watson & Co. Chartered Marketing founder and WorldHost Licensed Trainer Christine Watson has been accredited by People 1st and Tourism Northern Ireland to deliver the brand new innovative WorldHost Food NI Ambassador Training programme.
Programme delivery will be led by Tourism Northern Ireland in partnership with local councils.
The WorldHost Food Ambassador Programme will give staff and volunteers the skills to deliver a warm and friendly welcome to customers and visitors, and is particularly focused on their role as an ambassador for their local area. WorldHost Food Ambassador is a recognised and accredited training programme tailored specifically for Northern Ireland’s acclaimed food and drink industry.
The total training package is being funded by Tourism NI and participating local Councils and is being offered at a rate of £20 per participant. This bespoke programme presents a golden opportunity for front-line staff, to develop their skills and knowledge, by providing simple and effective ideas to take back to the workplace.
The programme is also available on request for in-house / in company programme delivery.
Northern Ireland has a fabulous reputation for its food and drink and it is hoped that this programme will encourage those in contact with customers and visitors, to pass on the stories and origins of the local produce on your menus.
