Watson & Co. Chartered Marketing expands WorldHost service to the Scottish Highlands

Licensed WorldHost Trainer Christine Watson who founded Watson & Co. Chartered Marketing over a decade ago has committed to assisting rural villages and tourism hot spots in Scotland achieve WorldHost Destination accreditation for excellence in customer service.

Enhancing accessibility by bringing the licensed suite of training programmes directly to rural areas, Watson & Co. Chartered Marketing will be affording small businesses across Aberdeenshire the opportunity to avail of a funded WorldHost Principles of Customer Service training programme right on their doorstep.

Christine who has successfully trained over 1,000 service professionals and assisted Titanic Quarter, Belfast to achieve WorldHost Hot Spot status hopes the additional networking and collaboration benefits experienced in the Titanic Quarter destination will be felt right across participating rural business communities in Aberdeenshire.

The first WorldHost Principles of Customer Service course to be delivered on an open access basis to rural Aberdeenshire by Watson & Co. Chartered Marketing is scheduled for 16 November in Johnshaven.
