“As an agency based in the South of France, and having to organize a press conference in Ireland on very short notice for one of our French clients, we chose this agency to assist us – we are very happy we decided upon this course of action! Christine and Co’ are a fantastic team to work with. The openness, high level of competence and reliability they demonstrated throughout the whole operation created a collaborative environment of trust that was truly appreciated, especially given the project’s international scope. Their work is very thorough and they never failed in providing us with comprehensive and detailed updates along the way. Their big-picture approach and creative input were much appreciated, as were their ideas, which were always strategic and in line with the project’s potential. Their positive outlook on the various challenges that appeared along the way made their support invaluable! We highly recommend working with Christine and Co’ if you want the certainty that your project is in good hands and driven by people committed to excellence”.

“Christine played a pivotal role in building the marketing department and capacity from inception, following the launch of The OUTLET to the public in April 2007. She successfully developed numerous marketing plans for The OUTLET, and for specific retailers, that resulted in increased sales performance.
Christine had sole responsibility for all above, below and through the line marketing activity & budgetary management, following the departure of the Commercial Director from the business in September 2008. Her key tasks included directing marketing strategy and planning and delivering effective advertising to budgetary constraints across a range of media, encompassing tv, radio, outdoor, print and digital, aimed at both NI and ROI markets. She also managed PR, events and relationship marketing, had line management responsibilities and acted as duty manager for the scheme.
Christine was instrumental in driving shopper footfall, retail sales and local community brand engagement and showed determination as well as a commitment and passion for the scheme, plus an ability to rise to challenges.
Christine also embraced new media and launched a shopper loyalty club, building it organically to over 30,000 members. Other successes included effective use of empty retail space with inventive initiatives such as the Art Room and the Music Room, as well as the achievement of the Arts & Business Community Award and other PR awards.”
