James who runs honesty box coffee shop The DOCK Cafe successfully completed the WorldHost Customer Service and Ambassador training programme achieving City and Guilds vocationally recognised level 2 qualifications with Licensed WorldHost Trainer: Christine Watson, at Watson & Co. Chartered Marketing.

On our visit to present James with his certificates Caroline (German trainee from Mercedez-Benz as part of the Europaeischer Bildungsverbund programme with Watson & Co. Chartered Marketing) and trainer Christine Watson, founder of Watson & Co.
Chartered Marketing brought in custom made sandwiches from the Green Deli counter in Mace to enjoy alongside some amazing Apple Loves Mint from another of Watson & Co. Chartered Marketing WorldHost clients: Suki Tea. The lunchtime finale of our small team also involved devouring 2 homemade buns: bypassing the German biscuits for a homemade slice of Carrot Cake and a Fifteen!
Going the Extra Mile at The Dock involves provision of information leaflets in other languages too Watson & Co. Chartered Marketing trainee: Caroline was very impressed to see leaflets in her native German on the counter top of The Dock!
